Nice friendly staff helpful, efficient and polite
Lighting a bit dim in the breakfast room
Privacy and cleanliness of bedroom. Location and ambience of common areas.
The dinner was a great disappointment and had we known that the head chef was not on duty, we would have eaten elsewhere. At breakfast the fire place belched out smoke causing unpleasantness to those eating breakfast.
Lovely location, great food and service, unique rooms.
New mattress needed in room.
Relaxed atmosphere yet efficient, helpful and thoughtful service.
Bedroom was carpeted and a bit grubby( being open to outside) this was a blemish on the otherwise good cleanliness of the room. Maybe wood / stone floor with rugs would be more appropriate?
Everything, the staff were always helpful. The food was fabulous and the rooms are value for money for what you get which is more than I expected for the price
Very friendly hotel, good facilities, Nice and clean
I didnt like the adding on of a service charge and the kid donation. It would have been nice to be asked and not put in the awkward position of having them taken off if I felt that way. I didnt have them taken off as I felt pressured into paying them!!! Small point also, No tooth mugs in the bathroom.
Are stay at the Bath Arms was unexpected due to a booking mix up elsewhere. We had no previous knowledge of the hotel and what a pleasant surprise it was when we got there. We couldn't have asked for better and enjoyed our stay so much we want to return.
We liked the wacky decor, individuality of the rooms, the friendly staff, and the breakfast menu, Yummy!!
Helpful, smiley, friendly, good service. Lovely countryside location. Delicious fine dining and great atmostphere. Very clean and beautifully presented room.
Fairly thin walls to adjoining rooms! Very noisy pipes and plumbing!
Perfect Location for Longleat Had deluxe room worth the extra Food very good staff very friendly and professional
Good location en route to West Country Good food and friendly front of house Olde worlde pub atmosphere
Semi detached manager Passe decor in bathroom Gloomy restauarant
They are obviously trying to be good at all they do and are a bit quirky
Fantastic location. Friendly Staff and well presented food. Excellent value for money, in remote countryside.
A lovely hotel, some fantastic features in our room and a special reception on our arrival. Would not hesitate staying here again the next time we stay in the area.
The theme rooms and the locally produced spirits.
It was disturbing to discover that we could have dined a lot cheaper when we found out that it was less expensive to have dinner before 7.00 pm. Also, we found out that Wednesdays had a special offer for £9.50 which we were unaware of. I would recommend that Bath Arms make it fully aware verbally to guests about the difference before and after the 7.00 pm deadline, and for their special offers.
The staff were incredibly friendly and the food (dinner and breakfast) was exquisite!
We stayed in the attic room and the limit head space was a little annoying.
